Our story. 

As the SVP, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, our founder Cyrina Yarbrough spent her tenure at the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra (BSO) reviewing and addressing the core marketing needs of the largest arts non-profit organization in Maryland. Additionally, during her time leading the marketing and customer experience operations for the concessions programs at Reagan National Airport, she's intimately familiar how to best support the economic growth of small and licensed & franchised businesses.

With a clear understanding of how marketing operations can critically impact overall outcomes, she set her sights on rebuilding and restructuring the department. Crafting strategies to bolster community engagement and raise brand awareness, and establishing project management protocols to maximize resources while reducing expenses quickly became a winning combination to achieve employee retention, reduce burnout, and raise revenues.

During her extensive research, Cyrina discovered these areas of opportunities could not only solve gaps in workflow efficiencies at the BSO but also organizations across the nation... Thus, The Brand Impact Collective was established. 

 

Born of an industry insider, The Brand Impact Collective is uniquely positioned to approach marketing and communications with our clients from a deep understanding of the unique, industry-specific challenges small businesses and social-impact  organizations face in their ability to raise awareness, attract supporters, and secure funding.
